The Norty Brand is the exclusive brand of Eastern Infants Wear Inc, a 4th generation family business founded in 1947 by father Murray and carried on by son's Mel and Norton, grandson's Larry and Phil and great grandson Allan. The Norty Brand is a tribute to our son, father and grandfather Norton. Over the past 70 plus years, Eastern has evolved from a cut and sew infants clothing manufacturer to children's clothing wholesaler to a infants gift layette manufacturer to an international mail order family clothing wholesaler to an off price, closeout wholesaler and liquidator to a deep discount value priced manufacturer of clothing and shoes.

Our family business has grown from a storefront location in the streets of New York to a state of the art warehousing and distribution facility in the New Jersey suburbs. We service the needs of small family run business, department stores, specialty retailers, off price retailers, exporters as well as the largest retailers in the U.S. and abroad.
